The voice for professional printmakers and artists using print in Ireland

Print Network Ireland is an ambitious and far reaching initiative led by four professional print studios in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. Over time, the proposed network will formally connect professional print studios under a single identity to become the voice for professional printmakers and artists using print in Ireland.

Building Expertise and Promoting Printmaking Excellence

Our mission is to ACT AS LEADERS IN THE SECTOR, ensuring that the medium continues to thrive and evolve as a mainstay of Ireland’s contemporary cultural expression.

We focus on BUILDING EXPERTISE OF ARTISTS, providing them with the tools and opportunities to develop their craft and expand their influence. By fostering a community of practice, we strengthen the role of printmaking in Ireland’s artistic landscape, working to PROMOTE PRINTMAKING AS AN ARTFORM, ensuring its prominence in public collections and cultural institutions across Ireland.

The medium of fine art print features prominently in Ireland’s cultural heritage, appearing in numerous collections in the nation’s public institutions. Print Network Ireland will ensure that the practice of fine art printmaking continues as a mainstay of Ireland’s contemporary cultural expression.
